Refund policy

Right to Cancel In line with UK Consumer Contract Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason. To do so, contact us at hello@recordofrespect.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us at your own cost.

Condition of Returns Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with no booklets or personal items inserted. We inspect all returns on arrival. If an item shows signs of use or damage beyond what's reasonably needed to inspect it, we may deduct an amount from your refund reflecting the reduction in value, or decline the return if it can no longer be resold.

Refund Timing Refunds are issued once we've received the returned item and confirmed its condition, within 14 days of receipt. We do not process refunds before the item is physically returned to us.

Return Postage Return postage is the customer's responsibility, except where the item is faulty or was not as described.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your album arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, contact us at hello@recordofrespect.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage, at no cost to you. This sits alongside, and does not replace, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
